“Several agents have informed me that if their client wishes to join the Sixers, they will advise that guy, ‘Are you sure you want to hitch your wagon to Joel Embiid who has never proven to be healthy in the post-season?'” Fischer stated in an interview with the podcast “No Cap Room.”
Joel Embiid has proven to be a talented player who can lead the 76ers to success as evidenced by his seven All-Star appearances, five All-NBA selections, and two MVP awards. Prior to his injury, he was on pace for his best season yet, averaging 34.7 points, 11.0 points, and 1.7 blocks per game on 52% shooting.
