Peanut Butter Overnight Oat

If you're a peanut butter fan like me, you'll know that I like to drizzle all of my overnight oats with peanut butter (or another nut butter),

and I already have several pb-inspired overnight oats combinations, ranging from peanut butter cup overnight oats to peanut butter and jelly overnight oats.

All that being said, sometimes it's wonderful to come down to fundamentals, and this dish does just that!

You're going to like these wonderful and creamy peanut butter overnight oats. They're simple to make and have a nice amount of protein from the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.

I've prepared (and published) a lot of other overnight oat versions, but I've been really enjoying this flavor lately. It's based on my simple overnight oats recipe,

but instead of serving it as a topping, we're incorporating peanut butter directly into the overnight oat mixture. This ensures that every bite has a slight peanut butter flavor.

Old fashioned rolled oats are ideal for overnight oats. Instant/quick oats and steel cut oats are not as effective as rolled oats since they do not absorb liquid as well.

Almond milk - I prefer unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but any sort of milk would do.
