Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

This blueberry baked oatmeal is flavored with blueberries and sweetened naturally with bananas and pure maple syrup. It's very simple to make and ideal for meal planning!

This blueberry baked oatmeal dish was one of the first I featured on EBF, and it remains a fan favorite!

Like most of my baked oatmeal recipes, this one is quick to make, ideal for meal prep, and sweetened with a small amount of pure maple syrup and bananas.

It's also an excellent breakfast to serve to a large group. When we have guests or family around for breakfast or brunch, we usually serve baked oatmeal, and this blueberry version is a crowd favorite!

Easy to make in one bowl. Yay for fewer dishes! Nutritious - Packed with rolled oats, blueberries, and bananas, this baked oatmeal is both tasty and nutritious. It's high in fiber and energy, making it ideal for staying full all morning.

dinner Prep - Perfect for dinner preparation! Make a batch during your weekend meal prep to have breakfast or dessert ready for the week ahead.

Diet friendly - It's dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, and easily nut-free, making it an excellent choice for anyone with dietary limitations or allergies.

Old-fashioned rolled oats serve as the base for the baked oatmeal, ensuring a substantial and fiber-rich texture. My favourite brand is Bob's Red Mill gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats.
