The NFL community responds to shocking Dak Prescott updates

Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys is widely considered as one of the best quarterbacks in the league, having entered the league in 2016 and winning the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year Award.

However, one statistic gives a pretty harsh picture of his recent struggles.

Over the last three seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, Dak Prescott has thrown almost one interception per game, as current analyst and former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky notes.

Kind of a startling statistic Dak has started 33 regular season games in the last three seasons.

He's thrown 29 interceptions in those 33 starts. Dan Orlovsky tweeted on Monday, saying, "Did not expect that." Clearly, this is not a very good statistic.

just like he was when he led the Cowboys to victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Wild Card round last season. Unfortunately for the Cowboys, he hasn’t been able to do that consistently.

It’s obviously not a particularly good stat as 29 turnovers in 33 games is a pretty high number – and that doesn’t even account for fumbles or turnovers on downs – and the NFL world had plenty to say about the brutal stat as a result.

Unfortunately for the Cowboys, he hasn’t been able to do that consistently.
