Strawberry-Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

Not only does a smoothie that is made up of strawberries, blueberries, and bananas have a somewhat sweet taste,  

but it is also a fantastic option for children because it is tailored to meet the specific nutritional requirements that they have.  

This smoothie will not only provide a lot of protein that is generated from hemp seeds, but it will also make it simple for children to ingest the protein.   

Should you prefer the blended fruit to have a more ice texture, 

it is strongly recommended that you freeze the fruits in advance. This will allow you to achieve the desired texture.  

Ingredient – ½ cup frozen strawberrie – ½ cup frozen blueberrie – 1 small ripe banana (frozen, if desired) – ¾ cup chilled unsweetened cashew milk, plus more if needed – 1 tablespoon cashew butter – 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seed

Combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, cashew milk, cashew butter and hemp seeds in a blender. Process until smooth, 

adding more cashew milk, if needed, for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
