Easy Yogurt Chia Pudding breakfast recipe 

Similar to my Yogurt Overnight Oats, this Yogurt Chia Pudding dish is a quick and easy breakfast that only requires 5 minutes of whisking together.  

Overnight soaking of Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla essence, and superfood chia seeds results in an exceptionally nourishing breakfast that will help you tackle the day head-on.  

You may simply personalize this high-protein breakfast by adding your preferred fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and other ingredients.  

My favorite bedtime ritual is making chia seed pudding with yogurt.   

I feel satisfied knowing that I'm going to have a balanced breakfast full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats when I get up. It's the ideal breakfast that can also be eaten as a nutritious snack or dessert.
