NBA world reacts to Ja Morant's game-winner for Memphis Grizzlies vs. Pelicans: 'He's back

In his first game back from a 25-game suspension, Ja Morant stole the spotlight on Tuesday night's NBA broadcast against the Pelicans.

In a thrilling 115-113 victory for the Grizzlies at the Smoothie King Center, Morant capped off an outstanding second half with a game-winning basket at the horn.

On 12-of-24 shooting, he finished with 34 points, 8 assists, and 6 rebounds.

At one point in the second quarter, the Grizzlies were down 24 points, and by halftime, they had fallen behind 19 points.

Nevertheless, the Grizzlies, coached by Morant, played steadily in the second half, reducing the Pelicans' advantage.

By consistently attacking the basket in the middle of the court, Morant was able to open up the floor and score 14 points in the fourth quarter.
