After becoming famous for delivering suggestions on Nashville streets, Hailey Welch, aka the 'Hawk Tuah' lady, tried to copyright her phrase.  

Welch founded '16 Minutes LLC' this week and applied for the rights to use her amazing slogan on caps and t-shirts.   

Welch, 23, is seeking a trademark for clothes and entertainment services, including comedy performances and podcasts regarding 'funny and current affairs', according to DailyMail.com records.   

Welch also included a photo of a beige and brown hat with her slogan 'Hawk Tuah '24. Spit On That Thing' in red created with Tennessee-based Fathead Threads as part of the petition.   

Since debuting her own clothing line last month, 'Hawk Tuah' star Hailey Welch has sought to trademark her signature word.
